VAT identification
We do not hold an EU VAT identification number. We are an Argentine company invoicing as an exporter of services. Where a customer is a VAT-registered business in the EU, VAT is reverse-charged under Article 44 of EU Directive 2006/112/EC. For consumer customers in the EU, applicable VAT is collected by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) on our behalf.
Online dispute resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
